Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 working days of being placed. Many of our items are made or hand painted to order, so this can occasionally take a little longer. If there's a delay, we'll let you know by email.

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.

Delivery times and costs

United Kingdom: Royal Mail, typically 2-3 working days after dispatch. Cost apparently £3-5.

United States, Canada, Australia: International shipping, typically 7-10 working days after dispatch. Cost: calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed. Delays can occur with carriers, particularly during busy periods.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where the service provides it.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away (see our Refund Policy). If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or it hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier.
